This item is for a $50 gift card at a GREAT Vietnamese restaurant on Manchester Road in Des Peres.  Monsoon has great Vietnamese soups and fusion dishes and a nice bar.  If you haven't tried it, this will get you started.  No expiration.  I have two of these, so if you want both, bid on FM3 and FM4. Before moving to the St Louis area, we had never had Vietnamese food before. monsoon has quickly become our favorite for a few reasons. It's close by, their selections are very different and the food is flavorful and satisfying. The owners are the most pleasant people and their attentive service is impeccable. I would much rather eat this food than Chinese any day. I find Chinese to be overly greasy, while the food at Monsoon is fresh and has a variety of temperatures and textures. The bun with shrimp is my all time favorite dish there, although the sizzling Saigon crepe is mouth watering. Yum. Yum. Yum.
